3. Financial Transactions and Payments
Deposit

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning the bonus amount can be withdrawn after placing bets 10 times.
- The bonus applies once per account only.
- Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.
General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- hbdb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account will be cancelled and winnings will be forfeited.
- Each bonus has a specific validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
VIP Program Terms
hbdb's VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
The final decision on VIP level assignment and cashback payment is at the discretion of hbdb.
5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
Fair Play Policy
hbdb strongly believes in fair play. All our games are operated by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Any form of manipulation, automated betting software or bot use is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of automated betting bots or software.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate bonuses or game outcomes.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts among members of the same household.
- Dishonestly exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Hacking, phishing or any other cyber attack.
Dispute Resolution
